Mindful MD Mom is the platform to share your stories and experiences in the various spheres of your life. Each contributing author shares his or her unique story in hopes to challenge and empower you along your journey. We can learn from each other, together.
Through an integrative and mindfulness-based approach, we can stop the multigenerational cycles of unhealthy patterns of thoughts and behaviors, reduce adverse early child experience (ACEs), improve mental health, heal trauma as a community, and improve collective empathy, resilience, and wellbeing.
