Meditation on Thought
by Nadia Sabri MD
The only obstacles I see
are the ones I set for me
Let me go beyond those obstacles
and see where it leads

I am a gentle observer
and spend time with my thoughts
without judgement or fear
I will accept them
I choose to see and hear
My thoughts become ideas
and become my affirmations.
Together, they become actions
to give life to my heart’s aspirations
I will not try to contain my thoughts
Just let them be
they are like kites in the sky
colorful and free

April 5, 2018 at 9:13 amThe best part is that it can be a still meditation or even a moving meditation. For example, if you don’t have time to dedicate to having a seated meditation, have some reflective moments while walking or when laying down in bed. It can be done anywhere
